The wage management system of our corporation is consisting of job sizes, market data, wage policy and performance parameters. We have been identifying the job sizes serving as the basis of the wage management system through the job assessment methodology. Independent of the job title and individuals, we have been employing an assessment system based on the content of the job. Upon the assessments, we determine our wage policies on a tier-by-level basis. We closely follow and monitor the wage markets and as a result of market analysis, we are aiming for a fair and competitive wage and benefits policy consistent with the performance dependent market.

Test and Inventory

We employ and apply tests and inventories during the recruitment process that have been scientifically developed. These tests have been conducted for the purpose of measuring your personal traits and the foreign language proficiency required by the position and the outcomes are among the assessment criteria taken into account during the recruitment process.

Competency Assessment

You may communicate your experiences in detail by having one-to-one interviews conducted with human resources department and department managers.

Finally, reference interviews are performed with people who have previously worked together within the framework of the business relationship.

Job Offer

Job valuation methodology is used for the purpose of determining the size of the positions in the organizational structure of the Tiryakiler Group. The total wage package of positions is determined by reviewing the results of local and sectoral market wage surveys.

Job offer is sent by the human resources to the candidates completing the recruitment steps with success.

  • Preferably experienced in press, machining, assembly, welding, paint shop and shipping,

        Long-Term Internship Program

        We offer the opportunity to the students studying in associate degree, undergraduate and graduate programs with our long-term internship program to experience the business life.
        Students, thus, are entitled with the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and gain experiences in their business life with the long-term internship program. They are offered with the opportunity to work part-time in areas of their interest. Following the graduation, they shall have the opportunity to be part of the Tiryakiler Group as the candidates sought within the selection and placement process of the Corporation for any open suitable positions.

          Compulsory Summer Term Internship Program

          We offer internship opportunity to the students continuing their educations throughout the summer term each year and having the requirement to perform internship. We aim to ensure that our students shall have a productive internship period that they shall remember with pleasure later in their careers and be equipped with practical information on our corporation and the profession they shall be involved in following their graduations.
